Following installation of my new boiler by my builders I am now chasing for a Crogi Cert and I am getting no joy! When the builders were working on our new bathroom they also had the boiler installed as a package. Naturally I assumed the necessary Corgi Cert would be issued but it never was. I now suspect that the sub-contractor they used was probably not Corgi registered. Can I take any legal action against the builders for not issuing me with a proper Corgi Cert?
