No one should go to jail as Valerie was not a covert agent protected by the outing law. If anyone should go to jail for dealing with national security how about the former Clinton aide who stuffed actual documents down his pants and out of the Federal Depository and these documents were of highest security.
Why is Sandy Berger not in jail. He even chose to give up his law license rather than answer further questions about what he did.
He is the fall guy, but he still deserves the 21/2 years. You don't think Bush and Rowe were going to step up to the plate.
