no i did not study that. are you talking about the spirtiual family or your blood family? it does say in the Bible : that if you follow Jesus the world will hate you. It also says : "do not love the world or anything in the world".

You know that is not at all true but I am sure some Christian somewhere will tell you that is the truth...I am personally annoyed at the "two pointers" who make fun of your question because just what if you are serious, and I believe you may be, and are adopted and may go through life believing that...well it is not true and you are accepted in life for what type of being you are rather than some edict that may come from some remote fool...lighten up, and get on with having a good life and I am sure that if there is a God he will make sure you are accepted.and if you are not serious, I am sure there are some reading this question who are...and the two fools who answered you first...well "fools" is a lot less than what I am thinking.

You keep posting quotations, but you don't have the reference, and it would be more helpful for your message if you would. I haven't read that anywhere in the bible. What I have read is that the disciples had the power to curse or to absolve sins. That has nothing to do with family however.
