Fact 1. Ken Lay was a rich christian who did not believe in cremation. Being a christian I find it hard to believe he would have been cremated.
Fact2. With his death his family keeps all of the stolen money from enron investors. All of the pending lawsuits against him were dismissed.
Fact3. He died with only a few select persons veiwing his body.
