Co-signing went wrong!!?

My sister co-sign for an *** and he is not paying for the car. He left Cali and is now living in Texas. He is obvioulsy not paying on time and sometimes never and the bank starts calling her. One of the banks representative told her that if she were to help them track him down they will bring the car to her and take ownership. So the bank was able to track him down with his help and instead of asking her if she wants the car they made a deal with the *** instead with her so now he ends up with the car. She wants to get the car to either trade it in or whatever, but the important part is to get the car in her possesion but that *** wont give her the car. What can she do or what should she do in this situation?? PLEASE HELP!!
Answers:
She needs to get an attorney. One of those 33% ambulance chasers. Sue the bank and sue the ***.
If he agreed with the bank to pay for it? its his

she only co-signed .. which means she agreeing to pay for it IF he forfeited on the loan
Her name should probably be on the title too. How about having the car towed? If not, contact the help of an attorney. Maybe she will keep her good credit to herself as a lesson learned. Bummer!
