Credit card issuers sending applications to individuals convicted of commiting fraud against them?

Would this action violate their fiduciary responsibility to shareholders.
Answers:
Probably not... certainly not to the extent approving the application would. At most about 29 cents bulk mail rate, and 20 cents for the paper itself..fifty cents total.
Might cost more to edit their mailing list
Nope, but approving them would.
No...because once the agreement is signed the person is liable on the agreement and the card company can get their money one way or another.
I've got a brother who burned American Express for thousands back in the 70's and again in late 80's using bankruptcy each time. He's got one of their cards again and he's using it.
