a man is about to conduct a meeting in his office in a high rise bld. he has hidden a recording device to record his meeting. during the meeting , party (2) shoots the owner of the office. the name of the assailant was clearly mentioned during the meeting, so there is no debate of whether or not he killed him.(STATE LAW PROHIBITS THE RECORDING OF ANY MEETING WITH OR WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF OTHERS ), what is the correct thing that should happen in this case..
Answers:
It's another loophole-causing law, but without it, there would be more unfair behavior.
They will have to get other evidence. The recording will probably be thrown out.
