Corruption -U can't avoid, simply submit to it and get your work done?? what is your motto?

Answers:
one highly educated medical proffesor told me ,it is not corruption, but sharing of prosperity.If you prosper by the work done by a clerk you share some of it with him.If you don't then don' pay.Take a positive out look.Every one has a right to live and prosper.

it may true that " there is no place where there is no corruption "
its a voice of mr. a.r.lakshmisagar former minister of karnataka state (some 1983-84).but according to CHANAKYAS ARTHASHASTRA corruption can be prevented but a strict vigil is required as per his techniques. 3 tier or 4 tier spy system is required. our lokayuktha/ombudsman/lokapal/c... are still want of power by the state. our act PREVENTION OF CORRUPTION act 1988 is very powerful. corruption is like honey(koutilya).

i dont agree with corruption. please note that " the whole world is dust but dont rest your dust. " we must educate others within our limits against corruption.

just like money laundering.
3]Good corruption--Which puts oil to run the commerce and
industries smoothly.Your case belongs to this category.
Unless things are not very urgent,do not hurry,go for the
