Create a correctional facility.?

Things to be included: location, type of inmate (male, female, juvenile), type of facility (prison, jail, halfway house...other please contact me first), how are the cells set up (number of inmates) or room housing, what is in the cells, programs in the facility (eduction, drug, etc), staffing needs, recreational areas. .
Answers:
Location would be in somewhat of a rural area, prison for male inmates that included a halfway house, i would only have individual cells for inmates in the hole or inmates that caused a lot problems then their cell would be 8x4 with a sink and toilet and would only leave for an hour, majority of everyone else would be in bucks lined up in rows as you see for military boot camps. I would included a program some what of a half way house style that would be incentives for people with good behavior, non violent offenders, and coming up for parole or release. All inmates would have a job of some sort. I would want to have inmates with non violent offense and/or good behavior to do certain jobs out in the community to help save money such as fill pot holes, landscaping, picking up trash, and other odd jobs. I live in the south, so I would have gotten men together to help with the hurricane clean up. I would also want other career work programs to help within the community as well as teach inmates skills. The inmates would do most of the repairs on vechiles, with in the building, and other basic necessaties. I would have GED programs, drug and alcholol programs, anger management, faith based programs. I would also have different programs to suit the needs of different age inmates. For recreational areas, a track, weight bench, basketball court, horse shoes. To use this you must work everyday if not there is consequence. I would have correctional officers, counselers (one would have been to prison and change his life around), religious official.
