Disability living allowance, can you claim this whilst you are working under any circumstances?

Where i live a person on disability can work but is limited in earnings. I believe the most one can earn is: $500.00. and it depends what your disability. Once your on disability and you suddenly find a job you can work so long as you declare your income. When you no longer can work you go right back on disability which i am sure is different everywhere.

Say you are able to work while seated for 2 hours a day answering phones while the regular staff is at lunch, but are unable to do it for more than that due to a physical problem. it is very hard to get this benefit, there is people who are unable to walk that dont get it, several years ago I was unemployed and getting an extra 拢5pw for a mental health problem i had, but when i got the medical they told me i was able to go to work and stopped the money.
