Paris Hilton why she is out? I don't hate her , but if she commited an offense she should have paid her debt to society like anybody else!!
Many upper class people have been convicted of major crimes and many of them get a pardon or end up in a prison of their choice where they can get away with many things, others don't even serve time and the middle class people and the poor do little things and get long prison terms. Worst that all, nobody does nothing about it ! Don't even think about it until it hits home. Is this equal rights?

Under the law they do - but in reality, money and position speak loud and clear. As a high court judge famously put it "you are confusing justice with the law".
