Do felonies have a statue of limitations to come off your record?

No, once you are convicted it's the gift that keeps right on giving. year after year. You'll die of old age with it on your record.
If you are a juvie sometimes the record is expunged when you turn 18. If you were convicted as an adult, it stays with you forever.
Most states have a provision for applying to seal a record after several years. In my state, it is 7 years after probation or prison, but it is not automatic and it is not available for all crimes. It also just seals the court records. Other data bases, including the FBI records and the NCIC records are not affected by an order to seal the conviction.
