It would depend on the quality of the ID and how well trained the person at the bar was at spotting fakes.
In places wher they have gullible people, or just don't care.
Some will... some won't..
If you want to go to jail... they work well for that when you are caught...
Probally, not for legal pourposes but to get into a club.
Most sites are scams, they take your money and run. i have been told that if they are based in the us or canada they are fake because it is illegal and also if they ask for credit cards cashiers checks or any other form of money they are also scams. its sad for those that fall for the scams, message boards all over the internet are filled with people that made payments to what seemed like legit sites but never received anything. No one should fall for these scams.
