No we did not it sounds like a plan that a bunch of economist in the governments came up with and are now trying to sell it.
If we had done this the congress would have been up in arms unless everybody's money was valued to ours then Mexicans and Canadians would be upset so rest easy the NAU is being held back again.

I won't believe it until I see it just like the immigration bill that was just shot down. Alot of things come up on the table, but it doesn't mean they actually all happen.
