Do i have a case?

or rather dose my bf have one..i work with him so i know what is going on.. he sometimes does 5 or more jobs where we work.. he works between 2 lines.. and i have told the bosses the last 3 we have had that the stress was getting to him.. last fri i had to take him to the doctor.. thurs it got so bad he almost broke down at work.. it causes him to yell and scream and walk away.. really unprofessional but he can not help it.. well fri we both took our sick day and the doctor sent him for blood work.. and tues we did that ..took half a vacation day.. the GM came up to us the next day and said we could not be out the same day.. i told him why we were out.. he said that was no excuse and they next time we did it he would pull our time cards// both of us are not were near our points for getting canned.. can he do that.. we had sick days.. and we took a vacation day.. our superivisor approved it

you need to find out if you work in a "right to work state" What that means is that if you do an employer has the right to fire anyone for anyreason as long as it does not break any laws such as discrimination. It also means that an employee can quit without any reason given. It seems like either way you are in a tough position.
Talk to your union boss
go to your local labor union
neither of you have a case from what i have read
What he did is wrong and unfair but if you are not union workers, there isn't anything you can do about it.
