Discrimination at work, do i have a case?

i work in a male dominated field and was recently demoted without any prior warnings or corrective actions ever being documented. Then, the only other girl in power in the company was unfairly demoted just as i was. It is clear that we are not wanted in the boy's club at the top in this company. Do we have a case? i read some law stuff and it said if the company is not downsizing there must be good reason for being demoted. we are far from downsizing, in fact we are getting too big for ourselves too fast. any thoughts, i have everything documented and thousands of bits of proof that i belong in power there, and just one asshole's word saying i don't. thanks

I would talk to a lawyer immediately. I would also talk to the other girl involved. Ask for reasons on paper that your were demoted, email is a great because it's documented. Look for promotions from less qualified men. It sounds to me like you have a great case.
Talk to your human resource department (do this to show that you tried to work out the problem within the system) then contact your state human rights commission. They will let you know if you have a case or not.
