In my opinion, this guy needs to spend some quiet time off the street.

he should be sued.he wasted the taxpayers money and broke an oath.he was an officer of the court.give him jail time disbarment is a slap on the wrist.he put those innocent families in the middle of a nightmare.and for what?
I don't think he committed an actual crime but he did violate a code of ethics. He'll have a lot of time to think about what he did as he now has to find a new profession.
